Our records indicate that we shipped a product that does not conform to our standards. This is not a safety issue. This letter authorizes the return of NAPA Shocks & Struts (NS) part numbers 171361 & 171362 and Rancho (RS) part numbers RS999909 & RS999910 for quality inspection.
